# About this firmware
The Fusion edition is a fork of the F4HWN custom firmware.
It extends the work originally developed for the UV-K5 V1 (DP32G030 MCU) and adapts it to the newer UV-K1 and UV-K5 V3, which are based on the PY32F071 MCU.
This firmware is the result of joint work by @muzkr and @armel, with valuable contributions from @Tunas1337. Many thanks to all involved.

The Fusion edition brings together, in a single firmware, all the different editions that were previously released separately for the UV-K5 V1. In other words, instead of choosing between multiple specialized firmwares, Fusion integrates all features into one unified build.
