v4.0.3 - KeepScreenOn for RadarScreen, translation fixes

Thanks for this great app!

A Spanish translation is missing, so I have added the spanish `.../values-es-rES/strings.xml`. Hope this will give access to many new users.

Pulled against development branch for you to use it as you wish.
