feat(settings): credit DeepCW (AGPL-3.0) in the about section

AGPL-3.0 要求署名。在设置页"关于"卡片的许可说明下方显示 DeepCW 模型的
作者 (e04)、许可证 (AGPL-3.0-only) 与上游仓库链接。

字符串标 translatable="false": 署名与许可证名称不应翻译。
