<p>由于网上关于厦⻔市无线电考试的资料较少且过于陈旧，笔者之前在考试以及后续的执照办理过程中踩了不少坑，现分享一下考试心得，供各位参考。如有错误之处还请不吝指正!</p></div> <h2 id="前言"><a href="#前言" class="header-anchor">#</a> 前言</h2> <p>笔者从高中以来就对无线电方面的知识甚感兴趣，在高一时购买了一台sdr，用它听过ATC、收过SSTV、玩过ADS-B......直到现在，我还常常用它守听本地ham的通联。为了能合法地与各位ham们通联，同时开拓自己的眼界，我在今年7月报考了厦⻔市无线电A证的考试，从UV段开始，继续向无线电的世界前进。</p> <h2 id="证照简介"><a href="#证照简介" class="header-anchor">#</a> 证照简介</h2> <div class="custom-block theorem"><p class="title">业余无线电操作证</p><p>业余无线电操作证分为A、B、C三种，首先要获得A类操作证书，如果对短波感兴趣，则需要在获得操作证半年后申请参加B类能力验证，获得B类操作证书后才能在短波波段进行通联。如果要考取C类操作证，则需要在获得并且设置B类操作电台两年后才能申请参加C类操作能力验证。</p> <div class="custom-block right"><p>来自 window)</span></span></a></p></div></div><p>对于仅有UV段操作需求的读者而言，A证已经足够了，但如果想要使用短波通联全国甚至全球的火腿们，考取B/C证则是刚需。</p> <p>值得注意的是，无线电操作证和电台执照是不同的。只有取得无线电操作证后方可办理电台执照、取得呼号以合法通联。在此笔者不再赘述。</p> <p>无线电操作证的考取不限制年龄，但电台执照的办理要求18岁及以上。各位急着取得呼号进行通联的同学们可能得等一等了。不过大家完全可以利用空闲时间，先把AB证拿到手，等到满足年龄限制后方可设台。无线电领域不分年龄、没有国界，在考场中我看到了十几岁的⻘少年，也看到了七十余岁的⻓者，这再次说明了无线电所具的包容性，而我相信这正是无线电通信能历经百年时光仍然欣欣向荣的原因之一。这是一个以“<strong>体谅、忠诚、进取、友爱、适度、爱国</strong>”为准则的世界，随时欢迎各位的加入! 🎉</p> <h2 id="考证准备"><a href="#考证准备" class="header-anchor">#</a> 考证准备</h2> <p>一旦下定决心准备考证，就可以着手准备了。</p> <p>首先我们需要下载一个APP “智谱”，可以通过它进行报名考试、查看考试结果以及操作证号等操作。如果在某些安卓系统上搜索不到这个软件，可以去”业余无线电台操作技术能力验证及信息管理系统“的”资料下载“分区下载，地址为<code>82.157.138.16:8091/CRAC/crac/index.html</code></p> <p>虽然这个地址看起来相当可疑，但是经过笔者验证，这个地址是正确无误的。有顾虑的读者也可以百度搜索”无线电报名“进行验证或从第三方应用市场下载 。</p> <p><img src="/img/0201/BG5VLI_00.jpg" alt=""></p> <p>提交完材料、审核通过后，系统会给出报名号以及准考证。可以提前打印准考证备用，但是好像考试没用到。</p> <p>A证的考试难度不大，题目难度甚至小于报名本身的难度。在报名成功后就可以开始复习了。系统在三百六十余题中抽取三十题，答对25题及以上考试通过。可以先在智谱app中”模拟考试“板块先过一遍所有的题目，大概了解考试范围、熟悉题目之后，在crac官网下载A类题库，从头到尾再过一过。也可以考虑回到智谱app进行正式的模拟考试，或者在”HAM模拟考试“小程序上进行多次练习。笔者用了大约一周的时间，每天抽出一点时间进行复习，最终考试拿到了全对的成绩。惭愧的是，由于对无线电知识储备不足，笔者不少题目都是强行记下的，这是绝对不推荐的行为。</p> <h2 id="考试流程"><a href="#考试流程" class="header-anchor">#</a> 考试流程</h2> <p>为方便广大业余无线电爱好者，福建省业余无线电操作技术能力验证考试已实行属地组织、随约随考制度，可在报名成功后联系无线电管理局业务人员预约考试时间。但预约不是必须的。如果考试当天有空，直接在那天前往即可。厦⻔的无线电考试在考试前一两天会发短信通知考试时间。考试分时间段，以短信上的考试时间为准。</p> <p>考试当天带着身份证以及准考证(好像没用到)前往厦⻔市无线电管理局。路痴的朋友们可以提前去踩点，不用太担心，地点不是很偏僻，就在一条主路旁边。考场和候考室都在2楼。到达候考室后，负责人会给考生分发一张用于填写成绩的表格(当场出成绩)以及一个号码牌，进行签到、填写完表格后，就可以等待叫号了。负责人会在这时讲一下考试注意事项以及后续设台需要注意的地方，等叫到号后，拿着身份证和表格跟随工作人员到达考场。虽然考试报名时说明上写的是纸质试卷，但事实上是上机考试。工作人员确认身份后，就可以开始考试了。考试软件相当古老，看起来是用VB写的一个上古软件，跑在xp上。按照软件指引操作即可。所有题目完成后告知工作人员，工作人员会进行成绩核对并让你签字，然后就可以走了。记得回候考室进行签退！</p> <h2 id="后续"><a href="#后续" class="header-anchor">#</a> 后续</h2> <h3 id="等证"><a href="#等证" class="header-anchor">#</a> 等证...</h3> <p>后续就是漫⻓的等待了。考试完成后大约3天左右能在app上查询到考试结果，6天左右能查询到自己的证书编号，约3周后操作证可领取。厦⻔市无管局要求操作证到达后方能进行设台申请(提交国无管表17、国无管表19以及双面身份证复印件)。</p> <h3 id="等号"><a href="#等号" class="header-anchor">#</a> 等号...</h3> <p>历经近三周的等待，终于在智谱APP上查询到操作证状态变为“证书待领取”：</p> <p><img src="/img/0201/BG5VLI_02.jpg" alt=""></p> <p><img src="/img/0201/BG5VLI_01.jpg" alt=""></p> <p>添加了无管局同志的微信后，对方发送了两张电子表格，笔者填写完成后发回对方检查，对方对表格填写错误的地方进行了修正，并通知笔者打印表格、在其中一份上签名后，与身份证复印件一同以EMS/顺丰到付的形式寄到无管局。笔者预约了顺丰取件。次日，文件到达无管局，无管局同志向我询问了收件地址后表示设台办理完成后会把执照和操作证一同寄回。当天手续就完成，无管局那里已经把快递寄出了。</p>
